Can anybody please translate this zinglish phrase for me?

Some family friends of mine have just come over from zing land and I were having a bit of trouble communicating tey are only fluent in zinglish and can just say hello in English. They keep saying this to me 'zillion zabamba zee zera zana' to me and pointing at my nose what does this mean?!? It's really bugging me they're obviously trying to tell me something very important because they won't stop saying it!
