Time Release or Regular Multivitamins?

Hey someone I know told me they take a time release multivitamin daily, and tey never get sick, they said they got it from GNC. But when I looked on their site there was NO time release multi vitamins. They just had regular multi vitamins on their site. So were do I get Time Release ones? Or can I jus ttake the ones that don't say time release from GNC?
