Situation with a girls flirty boyfriend? ?

Okay. This is a long story so thanks for bearing with me. Ill keep it as short as possible!:) so basically theres this guy that ive liked since the eighth grade, but hes gotten a girlfriend since then and theyre still dating. He and the girl have broken up several times already because tey fight a lot but are together right now. I think he is interested in me because he hugs me all the time very tightly and tow days ago he touched my chest area subtly. He also flirts a lot . I know youre thinking that i should move on and find someone else but were goibg to the same college together! I feel like im supposed to be with him. What should i do?
