Can anyone relate to this sensation ?

i been having this really weird sensation for a few months now, its not eveyday butt, theirs days where i have the sensation i can see myself, for example. im at the park sitting down and i can acutally see myself sitting down. another one, im in bed and i can see myself in bed. its really weird and bothering me and scary. but once i get occupied in something i totally forget about this sensation, but once i remember about it , once again i see myself. please this is serious, just helpfull answers
