Question about beig sick?

Okay so i had flu symptoms like dizziness and a bit of nausea nothig major then i had stuffed nose and cough and now im really nauseated and its been like a week wht could be wrobg.. I work with little kids ad tey always sick .. Is it bad flu causr i know ones going around right now ???? Or anything else ??? Sorry i on ipod so spelling is messed
