Time Release or Regular Multivitamins?

Hey someone I know told me they take a time release multivitamin daily, and tey never get sick, they said they got it from GNC. But when I looked on their site there was NO time release multi vitamins. They just had regular multi vitamins on their site. So were do I get Time Release ones? Or can I jus ttake the ones that don't say time release from GNC?

Why is the media still hiding the casualties in Afghanistan?

I want to make it very clear, the media in the United States is dead! They are not to be trusted! The reporters are not independent voices of truth! The media in the United States is dead! Yes, we have no idea about the true extent of civilian suffering and death in both Iraq and Afghanistan and ABC, CBS, NBC, Wacky MSNBC, Fox, even NPR ---NO ONE will do an independent, comprehensive, totally engaging report on the thousands of innocent civilian women and children that have died in Iraq, Afghanistan and now Libya in the name of the United States and the government. These actions were not mine since I opposed all of them as well as Bush AND NOW OBAMA THE LIAR. We must now depend on various reports and investigations on the internet. Wow, is there room for any talented film maker to produce a comprehensive documentary on this subject and release it and sell it on the internet. The cost and danger of producing such a piece would be great ($500,000 plus) and where can an average person receive this kind of funding. Hell, every network wasted more than that on the ridiculous Michael Jackson death story...that is why we do not have any truth or reporting in this country. If I worked for one of the major networks and considered myself a journalist, I WOULD BE ASHAMED OF MYSELF. This is a story that begs telling...and you will not see any network touch it, because as I say, the media is DEAD in the United States!

Need help with putting game on laptop for college?

So, I'm headed off to college now, and i want to continue to have Empire Earth 2 to occupy some free time, but my younger brother will still be at home and wants access to the game. It's one of the older style games that doesn't allow you to do a full install to run the game without the disc, so I was curious if there was a possible way to emulate the disc. I've already attempted copying all files from the original CD-ROM to a DVD, but that didn't work. Any suggestions, or any other places I could check for help?

Zayden is my fav name in the whole world along wit Jasper. James is prob the 3 best. I rlly like the name Leigh and Bryson. Or Marleigh and Bryan. Dakota is a good name in my opinion 4 a girl or boy... Kyle and Cullen just seem lik good names 4 a boy too. But a rlly pretty unique girls name would b Allysyn Jade. I Hope I helped :)
