The seller is now refusing to perform repairs previously agreed upon.?

We are purchasing a house, there was a structural crack. the seller agreed to perform repairs as per structural engineer recomendation. Tey have now come back stating tey will credit us half the amount of repair cost. we do not want credit but want repairs as per recomendations by structural engineer.
